Terms of Use
About StoryCare
StoryCare is a clinician-guided digital therapeutic platform that uses AI to generate personalized media (images, video, music) from therapy sessions. StoryCare is currently in clinical evaluation and is not FDA-cleared or approved as a medical device.
Clinical Tool, Not Clinical Judgment
StoryCare is designed to support licensed clinicians in delivering structured therapeutic interventions. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating clinician. AI-generated content (transcripts, images, video, music) should be reviewed by a clinician before being shared with patients.
